If you know exactly what you want to order you may only use our article numbers.
For unknown identification of strings, for custom made strings or if you want us to choose please give as much information as possible about your instrument and strings presently in use or already tried. A sample can also be helpful.
The following information or as many as possible would be required:
- Type of instrument
- Vibrating string length
- Length from tailpiece to bridge
- Length from nut to peg
- String tension
- Pitch of strings (e.g. e'', a', D, GG)
- Tonal characteristics required, e.g. sound, sustain, etc.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Payment in advance - qualifies for discount of 4%. Please order a pro-forma invoice.
- Credit card - we accept MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please provide: Institute, owner's name, number, expiry date and card verification number.
- PayPal - please indicate your PayPal e-mail address.
